4. The price for the delivery is based on the courier's prices.

5. Delivery prices are not valid when the MERCHANT has announced preferential conditions with free delivery.

13. By signing the delivery document, the USER authorizes the courier to transfer on his behalf to the MERCHANT the amount of the total value of the invoice for the delivered goods, if the payment method is cash on delivery.

14. If the USER cannot be found at the specified delivery address, through no fault of the MERCHANT, the person making the delivery leaves a message with a contact phone number, which the recipient should call within 24 hours to clarify a second attempt to delivery.

15. In the event that the USER does not make a connection to specify the delivery, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated and the MERCHANT is released from the obligation to deliver the order.

16. In the event that the USER refuses to accept the ordered goods, the distance selling contract is automatically terminated and the person making the delivery returns it to the MERCHANT.

17. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from the MERCHANT to the USER/REcipient at the moment when he or a person indicated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods.

18. In the event that the USER refuses to accept the ordered goods, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the USER.
