Online shop http://rollmax-shop.eu/ informs its customers that according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, have the right to refuse / or replace the goods received by them within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods ONLY on the condition that the product is:

You can return an item purchased from http://rollmax-shop.eu/ under the following conditions:

Within 14 days from the date of delivery

The goods should NOT be contaminated

Goods must NOT have missing parts

The goods must NOT have damaged overall packaging

Goods must NOT have torn or missing labels and/or accessories

The goods are NOT scratched or damaged in any way

After requesting by e-mail the desire to return the purchased item, accompanied by the number of the order under which it was delivered. http://rollmax-shop.eu/ will return a return item processing number to you.

Please note that products unaccompanied by a return item processing number will not be accepted!

A request for the return of goods is submitted in writing in free format / text to the email address indicated by http://rollmax-shop.eu/: office@rollmax.eu, within a period not longer than 14 working days, starting from the date of acceptance of the delivery, and the client's personal bank account MUST be specified, to which the amount paid by the client for the goods will be refunded!

Attention: Transport costs for returning, exchanging and/or claiming goods at the customer's request are borne by him alone. If any of the above conditions are not met, a claim (replacement) request will not be considered!

All shipments are sent with the option to review the products before paying the courier within 15 minutes, regardless of whether the shipment is to a personal address or an Econt or Speedy office. This option is free and does not increase shipping costs! Carefully unpack the shipment and inspect the product on site. Please try to keep its commercial appearance, because in case you do not like it or it is not the right size or color, you will have to return it to us with preserved commercial appearance. In the event that the product you received is not to your liking, does not meet your expectations, you will have to pay for the courier services in both directions.

All shipments are shipped with insurance and declared value. In order for the insurance to be valid, it must be opened at the Econt or Speedy office in front of their employee. There is no way to file a claim for a shipment damaged in transit if it is not opened at their office. For this reason, we ask that you check each shipment upon receipt and make sure that there is no damage.
